What Is  bootCamp?

A good a old fashioned Bootcamp GrantSports style. It is  is a 45min full body work out that challenges your body. 

We use all different types of ways to get your heart raising and your body working. We use strength and conditioning methods with core stability to execute a great fun 45 min work out no matter your ability its for everyone.

How To   Book 

Fill Out the contact form with your details and you will get a email to prompt you to download are fitness app, there you will be asked to fill out a PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) to determine if your are in medical shape to be able to participate in physical activity. after you have filled out the PARQ you will then be able to book a class.
