A Group personal training Session also know as a Semi Private Training Session is different to an exercise classes because you get coached While a group exercise class is more choreographed a group personal training Session looks like a group of people doing different exercises together at their own rate of speed, intensity, and agility.

Taking place in small groups and led by a personal trainer, who is on hand at all times, semi-private sessions make sure that you are getting the absolute most out of every single exercise and are progressing towards your goals with every session.

training in these small groups actually improves results because of a community effect and is the same reason why many professional athletes train in small groups, This sense of camaraderie and support from like-minded individuals actually helps improve both your attendance (as you’ll want to be here more!) and also the amount of effort you put into each session!

Sessions take place in small groups which average at around 2 clients per session, but MAXiMUM 6, Lasting 60 minutes you will find that almost anything that can be achieved in a 1 to 1 session could also be achieved in a semi-private session.
