At Grant Sports we do One To One Personal Training and creates fitness programmes for our clients we help motivate and guide them to achieve their goals. 
Weaver a Clients wishes to lose weight or gain muscle as a personal trainer we teach and help clients to exercise properly using workouts and specific plans. theses plans will Including but not limited to weight loss, strength training, toning, or overall health management. Each client's fitness level can be extremely different, so we make sure We asses your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments so that we can create the ideal plan for you. the sessions are 1 hour Long This may include depending on your plan cardiovascular fitness, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility and Body Composition. We have a fitness app that we use to keep you accountable
and keeps track of your data from all the sessions you have done. You can also keep track of weight, body fat, and a lot more if you have apple watch, Fitbit or google fit you can connect it up with the app and keep your fitness records in one place.  

Functional Training 


Functional training is a form of training we use in are sessions.

 This type of Training has origins of rehabilitation and attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow you to perform the activities of daily life more easily.

 The exercises that are used mimic what you did or do at home or work so if your job requires repeatedly heavy lifting sessions would be targeted towards heavy lifting, if you are a parent of young children, it would be targeted towards moderate lifting and endurance, and if you where training to be a marathon runner, training would be targeted towards re-building endurance. 

However, Sessions are designed after careful consideration of the clients fitness and condition, what he or she would like to achieve and ensuring goals are realistic and achievable.

We offer a free consultation to give you a opportunity to meet the Trainer talk through your goals and habits and go through a 30 min session to see your fitness level.
